Dr Hilda Bø Lyng
Associate professor of Quality and Safety in Healthcare Services
Centre for Resilience in Healthcare SHARE
Hilda is an Associate Professor at the SHARE - Centre for Resilience in Healthcare at the University of Stavanger, Norway. Hilda has been actively involved in the EU project, Support4Resilience (S4R), serving as the Deputy Coordinator. This project involves 13 partners from 9 countries and will span the next four years.
From 2020 to 2024, Hilda worked as a Principal Investigator in the Resilience in Healthcare project.
Hilda holds a bachelor’s degree in optometry from the University of South-Eastern Norway and a master’s degree in industrial economics from the University of Stavanger. She also earned her PhD from the University of Stavanger, where her research focused on knowledge transfer across industry sectors for the development of innovations, specifically how knowledge and technology from the petroleum sector can be applied to create innovations in the medical sector.
